Assyst stores basic critical information to function, but nothing more.

This includes:
 - Guild IDs, for prefixes, tag information
 - Role IDs, for the colour roles
 - Channel IDs, for badtranslator channels
 - User IDs, for tag ownership

No other personal information is stored. The OAuth2 scope for Assyst does not need access to any personal information.
